By accessing or using the Built For Babies website at builtforbabies.com or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Built For Babies provides personalized baby sleep coaching, delivered primarily over text message, including age-specific guidance and a sleep plan tailored to the information you give us about your child. The particular services included in any engagement, along with their price and duration, are agreed with you directly before you purchase.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding agreement to purchase our services. By purchasing, you represent that you meet these requirements. Our program is designed for babies between 0 and 24 months of age; results outside this range are not guaranteed.
Fees, billing frequency and payment terms are agreed with you directly before you purchase, and confirmed to you in writing. All prices are listed in US dollars. We use a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor; we do not store your card information.
We may change our pricing at any time. A change to our pricing does not affect services you have already purchased. Where services are billed on a recurring basis, we will give you at least 30 days' advance notice before a price change takes effect, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You may cancel at any time by emailing support@builtforbabies.com or by replying to any text from us. Where services are billed on a recurring basis, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and no partial-period charges are refunded for a mid-cycle cancellation.
All content provided through the Built For Babies program — including sleep guides, methods, materials, and communications — is our proprietary intellectual property. Purchasing from us grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use the content for your own family. Reproducing, distributing, or reselling any program content is prohibited.
By submitting information through our intake forms, chat, or any other communication channel, you grant us permission to use that information to provide our services and improve our program. You represent that any information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our program will achieve specific sleep outcomes for your baby, as results depend on many factors including consistent implementation by the caregiver, individual infant temperament, and health status.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Help My Baby LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Help My Baby LLC, its owners, employees, and consultants from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at support@builtforbabies.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email or via a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
By providing your phone number and consenting at checkout, you agree to receive program support SMS messages from Help My Baby LLC (Built For Babies). Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You can also email support@builtforbabies.com to opt out.
Our services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (such as payment processors or community platforms). We are not responsible for the practices or content of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Help My Baby LLC regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of our assets.
